Kristen is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS). Kristen is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where she studied Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. Upon graduating Summa Cum Laude, she continued her theoretical and practical training towards becoming a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.

What costs can I expect for an appointment?
Hearing Clinic appointments are 100% free when you book for the first time or are in-trial. There is a $75 fee for follow-up appointments.
What hearing services are offered?
We provide audiometry (hearing) screening and testing and perform hearing aid adjustments. An audiology specialist is available on-site to check your hearing and help you find the right hearing aid based on their assessment. Customers are able to try on hearing aid products to find the best match for their needs.
How long should I plan for an appointment to take?
We recommend blocking out a full hour for your hearing clinic appointment.
What does an appointment entail?
We'll conduct a hearing test, then go over our products and program the hearing aid you choose. Our audiology specialist will make an individualized recommendation based on your preferences, needs, and test results. You get your hearing aids on the same day as your appointment; there's no waiting!
