Audicus Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Audicus, Inc. (“Audicus”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “The Company”) has created a referral program (“Program”) to reward you (“Users”,  “Referrer”, “Participant” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website) for referring friends and/or family who subsequently become Audicus customers (“Referred”, “Participant”). We reserve the right to determine the nature of the rewards (“Reward”), to terminate the Program, and/ or to discontinue any rewards at any time for any reason.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. Audicus reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you.

Audicus Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Audicus, Inc. (“Audicus,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “The Company”) has created the Referral Punch Card Program (“Program”) to reward you (“User,” “Referrer,” “Participant,” and “your” refers to you, the person accessing this website) for referring friends and family who subsequently become Audicus customers (“Referred,” “Participant”). We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program and/or discontinue any rewards (“Reward”) at any time for any reason.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. Audicus reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

How the Program Works

1. Referring a Friend:

• The Referring Customer visits the Audicus Refer-A-Friend webpage at www.audicus.com/refer.

• On the referral webpage, the Referring Customer shares the name, email, and phone number of the person they’d like to refer.

• The Referred Customer will be contacted for a consultation with a member of the Audicus sales team.

2. Earning Rewards:

• The Referring Customer earns rewards based on the Referral Punch Card program. Each referral corresponds to a specific gift or reward, as outlined on the referral webpage and punch card chart.

Referring Customers

To qualify as a Referring Customer, you must be one of the following:

• A current Audicus member in good standing 

• A previous Audicus customer who has purchased at least one hearing aid

The Referring Customer earns rewards based on the total number of successful referrals as outlined in the Referral Punch Card rewards chart.

Referred Customers

To count as a Referred Customer, the individual must meet the following criteria:

• They must not have previously purchased a hearing aid from Audicus.

• They cannot be the Referring Customer (i.e., customers may not refer themselves).

Referral Rewards

• Rewards are distributed based on the Referral Punch Card program:

• For each successful referral, the Referring Customer receives a gift ranging from supplies (e.g., ear wax guards, domes, desiccant tablets) to Visa gift cards.

• On their 10th referral, the Referring Customer receives a FREE TV Connector or Power Pack.

• Additionally, the Referring Customer will receive a $100 Visa gift card if the Referred Customer completes a qualifying purchase of a hearing aid

Qualifying Purchases

A Qualifying Purchase must contain either:

• One hearing aid, purchased upfront.
• An Audicus Membership.

Eligibility

To be eligible for participation in the Program, both Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Audicus reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers from participating in the Program at any time and/or for any reason. The Referrer does not have to be a current Audicus customer.
